DMZ Field Guide is an independent reference for the DMZ mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. It is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Activision or Infinity Ward.

Sources before assumptions

The current overview is organized from the official DMZ product page, published first-party overviews and the official launch announcement. Store listings provide platform-specific context. Where their dates differ, the difference is retained rather than explained with an assumed time zone.

This is editorial research, not a record of our own gameplay testing. Promotional images identify the setting and topics; they do not establish routes, item values or tested strategies.

What is covered

The field guide currently contains 33 launch-window guides covering access, Hajin navigation, mission structures, Operator progression and the FOB. The complete guide index groups them by the player task they answer.

These pages are not marketed as a complete atlas or a tested competitive tier list. Where the reviewed sources disagree or do not establish a detail, the page keeps that limit visible. Named third-party observations remain attributed to their authors.
